Mobility, commiserating with similar maladies,
And deeply empathizing with others' pain.
Step by step, offers slower, unhurried noticing
Of inner as well as outer traits and states,
Accessing and maintaining awareness of nuance.
Step by step, settling into self and moment,
Outside of habitual and unnoticed motility,
Inside of conscious, spontaneous planning.
Step by step, accepting reality of being,
Letting go of wishing for another reality.
Exploring offered gifts of each moment.
Step by step, steg för steg,
When fully embraced, när fullt anammat,
The soul finds rest; själen finner resten.
